We are looking for a highly motivated employee for the position of a UI / UX Designer that offers you the opportunity to join a fast-growing technology organisation that is shifting productivity paradigms in the software engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate ideas and design concepts
- Leading and conducting in-depth user needs research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify key user requirements.
- Defining information architecture and complex navigation systems to improve user experience.
- Advocate customer-centered design: identifying who will use the product, what they will use it for, and what value they will derive
- Successful collaboration with developers and clear two-way communication within the team to achieve alignment and project success.
- Independently communicate with clients and facilitate workshops.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and proactively introduce and integrate them into the team’s design processes and workflows.
- Leading and mentoring juniors, and sharing knowledge and experiences.
- Leading the design process, applying agile methodologies, conducting workshops, and presenting.
- Estimating task timelines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in the areas of web or mobile development, along with a diverse portfolio of projects that demonstrate expertise and creativity.
- Experienced with with Figma and other design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Any stage of the project is comfortable environment for you (vision, planning, execution)
- You don’t have to know how to code, but understanding of the HTML, CSS and JS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong self-management skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
